    The Choice Seedbank Terms and Conditions

  • 1.  You must be at least 18 years old to order cannabis seeds from The Choice Seedbank.
  • 2.  The Choice cannot be held responsible for the actions of persons who purchase its Cannabis seeds. The Choice can sell you cannabis seeds legally for the use of fishing bait additives or as luxury bird food or as souvenirs. Or you may purchase to store, in case the law changes.
  • 3.  For your own protection we 'require' you to inquire about and comply with all local laws and international laws governing the purchase of marijuana seeds/cannabis seeds in your part of the world. In many countries, it is illegal to germinate these cannabis seeds. By ordering, 'you confirm that you checked your local and international law and it is safe to do so' and that the responsibility for that decision rests solely upon you. As an Choice Seedbank company customer, you are prohibited from distributing The Choice seeds to countries where possession of and/or trafficking in Cannabis seeds is illegal.
  • 4.  We cannot, and will not discuss germination/yields/THC levels (etc.) of seeds, as it is ILLEGAL to germinate seeds in the United Kingdom and most countries and we cannot be seen to be promoting this. Unfortunately, E-mails may be ignored and remain unanswered if questions relate to the above and you may be refused a sale should you persist in requesting further information.

    5.  You can place an order with us in the following ways:
    • Online via our website
    • Telephone order ( 8.30 a.m. – 4.30 p.m. GMT)
    • By posting a completed printable order form and payment (cash) to:

  • 6.  When you place an order, we may ask you for certain information (for example your name, phone number, postal address, email address, card billing name and address). This information will be kept securely and may be used to:

    1) process your order

    2) help fraud prevention i.e. we check card details with our payment system and reserve the right to refuse orders on that basis

    3) open and run your account

    We will never collect sensitive information about you without your agreement.
  • 7.  If you place an order online, you will automatically receive an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order. (If ordering over the phone, you can request it on completion of payment). You will then receive an e-mail shortly after, notifying you of your tracking number, (if ordering over the phone, you can request it on completion of payment) and that the order is being processed. Orders are normally processed between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm Monday – Friday UK time.
    If you have not received your tracking number, always remember to check your junk mail folder before contacting us as e-mails do not always end up in your inbox. You can view your tracking id by logging in to your account under the “Order History” section too.
  • Price

    8.  The prices on our website include V.A.T.
  • 9.  We always try to make sure that all prices on our website are accurate but errors may occur. We will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you have provided if we discover any error in pricing of the products you have purchased. You will then have an option to cancel the order or reconfirm your order at the correct price. If we were unable to reach you or you did not get back to us in 10 business days we will cancel your order.
  • Availability, UFOs and Promotional Items

    10.  We try to keep our stock up to date but we cannot guarantee that any particular product will always be available. Should we run out of a product, (which does happen from time to time) and we can’t complete your order, we will contact you straight away, either by e-mail or by telephone. If you can’t wait for your items to arrive, you can choose an alternative to replace the out of stock product, to the same value or more, (this may require an additional payment over the phone) so your order is shipped immediately and isn’t delayed any further. If there is no other product that you would like to exchange it for, we will offer you a refund on the out of stock item.
  • 11.  Please make sure all promotional items your order qualifies for are in the shopping cart before checking out. Please contact us if there is any issue.
  • 12.  Please be aware that the freebies and / promotional items may change due to stock availability. We will try to keep these the same or as close to the original item as possible, but sometimes this is out of our control. However, we will substitute all.
  • 13.  We can remove any promotional item or/and UFO with no given notice.
  • 14.  We cannot reserve any stock unless a payment has been made. This includes postal/cash orders too. If you make an order and send payment through the post, we cannot guarantee you will receive the desired items as they may go out of stock by the time the postal/cash order reaches us. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused by this, but we cannot guarantee stock due to volume of orders that are made and not paid for.
  • Shipping

    15.  It is customer’s responsibility to enter the address correctly. Please do not use bogus or false names as your postal service may not recognise it and therefore not deliver your parcel. By ordering, you confirm that your delivery and billing names and addresses are correct.
  • 16.  The Choice ships worldwide but we ask you to check your local law before ordering as laws differ from country to country and state to state. By ordering, you are confirming that you are ok to do so.
  • Delivery/Guaranteed Shipping

    17.  The Choice offers standard postage or “guaranteed” shipping.
  • 18.  If you are ordering within the UK you do not have to purchase a guaranteed shipping. Please let us know if you have not received your order in 15 business days after the dispatch date.
  • 19.  We use national mail services to deliver our parcels. The order will be shipped within 3 business days with registered or regular Airmail mail services.
  • 20.  If you choose standard postage (“do not add guarantee”) and you do not receive your goods within 21 business days (excluding weekends), then please contact us. Once you have done so, we will make enquires into the missing parcel with the relevant postal service, to try and track down your shipment, however if we are unsuccessful then we cannot be held responsible for the mail service and your quarrel is with them.
  • 21.  If you choose the ‘Guaranteed’ International, we guarantee your parcel for any event of it not arriving to you, and in the event of you not receiving your parcel we will reship your parcel immediately to the original address provided that we do not receive online confirmation of the delivery of your parcel from the mail service. Exclusions from our guarantee include if your parcel is confirmed as delivered, however you claim to have not received it, in this case you must take this up with the mail service including your mail person to obtain further information where the parcel was delivered to at your property. Our guarantee is also voided if you enter an incorrect address or invalid name for the delivery address, as it is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct information to ship your parcel to, 99% of parcels arrive through your door however if your parcel requires collecting then this is your responsibility to collect it.
  • 22.  If the parcel has been deemed as “undeliverable as addressed/unable to forward/unclaimed/moved” with the mail services we will have to wait for the parcel to be returned to us. If and when it gets back to us we will contact you via email (if email address has not been provided we will call the phone number you have given). The postage cost has to be paid if you want us to reship the returned to us parcel.
    We cannot be held responsible if the parcel is not returned back to us.
  • 23.  PLEASE NOTE: The cost of the guarantee is non-refundable.
  • Payment Methods

    24.  Debit/credit/prepaid cards:
    The Choice accepts all major credit/debit cards online or over the phone. Our online sales are 3D Secure, 256 bit encrypted and hacker safe making it a very safe place to enter your details. All phone order payments are put through a secure VSP terminal online and once the payment goes through, we do not hold any records of clients credit/debit card details and all other client information remains highly confidential.
    With these you must enter the issuing bank details in the billing section and then your address in the delivery details. You must also call the card company to register the card and tell them you are purchasing overseas so they can activate it for international use. We do not accept cards that are not registered for international use if you are ordering outside of the UK.
  • 25.  Telephone orders:
    If you are placing a phone order we will only be able to talk to the owner of the card when taking details for payment. This is purely for protection of the card owner and to prevent fraudulent transactions. We will also have to ship the parcel to the card billing address.
  • 26.  Cash orders:
    If you do not wish to process a transaction online or over the phone, you can download a printable order form from our website which is very easy to complete. Alternatively you can place an order online and you will be given an order number to include with the payment.
    Within UK – you can purchase a money/postal order from within the United Kingdom and post it to us with the completed order form. Money/postal orders from within the United Kingdom can be purchased from your local, UK post office. These must be made payable to ‘The Choice Incorporated Ltd’. (If made out to any other name, the money order may be destroyed and result in your order not being processed). Once we receive the money/postal order from within the United kingdom, we will check that the payable amount is correct before processing the order. Please remember to include delivery costs and any additional super discreet costs, as it can hold up your shipment.
    International orders – we do not accept international money/postal orders we do however accept cash (GBP, USD, AUD, CAD, EUR and others).
  • 27.  The Choice is UK based company and we will charge (online and phone orders) you only in UK pounds. Any further charge incurred will be a bank currency conversion fee that your bank will charge you to exchange this into your domestic currency.
  • 28.  The Choice reserve the right to cancel any order made that we believe to be fraudulent. Please ensure you provide us with the correct card billing address and contact details in the event we will need to contact you for this reason.
  • 29.  The Choice does not store card details.
  • Price Match Policy

    30.  With The price match, the order must be placed over the phone and you will need to give us the link to the website where the other price is. We will match this for you if the product is in stock on the other website and they must ship to your country, and please note we will not be giving away any freebies or the discount code if you do decide to price match with us.
  • Refunds and Returns

    31.  The Choice aims to always provide the products that are of the highest quality and undamaged. On occasion however if you need to return any goods to us please be aware of the Terms and Conditions below:

    31.1  If you require the Goods to be returned then they have to be completely unopened and also be in the original packaging.

    31.2  Please pay the return postage and send back by recorded delivery so you have a proof of postage.

    31.3  We do not accept return for Pick and Mix Seeds.

    31.4  If you receive the Goods, which do not match those that you ordered, you should contact us within 7 calendar days via email or phone provided on the website. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods. We are fully responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition.

    31.5  We will make the refund to the card used to place the order within 45 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item.

  • 32.  We will not replace any products/process any claims 3 months after the order date.
  • 33.  Please contact us immediately if you have received any damaged items. Please keep all items in original packaging, as we might need it for verification purposes.
  • 34.  Please keep all packaging and breeders packs that your order arrives in/with in case there is a problem with your shipment. We urge that you do this so we can help rectify the issue.
  • 35.  If you wish to use the EU Office for Dispute Resolution (http://ec.europa.eu/odr) submit your case using our email: info@thechoiceseedbank.com.
  • Other

    36.  Should you wish your account to be deleted from our system please contact us via email or call us.
  • 37.  Your account can be deleted from our system with no notice.
  • 38.  Data protection:
    We store and process customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the data protection law, the telecommunications laws and the tele services protection law.
